Occupied Home Staging Or Redesign...
$250 - CONSULTATION
In this two hour consultations, we will walk with you through every room and show you what to remove, add and rearrange. We will strive to highlight your home's best features.
- It starts with a phone interview, where I will gather information to research your demographic area. This will help identify the majority of home buyer that will be looking at your home.
- During the two hour consultation, we will take before photos and use a checklist for improvements. This will give us a clear picture of what we need to do to stage your home for its highest return on your investment.
(The consultation is up to two hours in the home with any additional hours converting to a $100 hourly rate)
$450 - 1/2 DAY STAGING OR REDESIGN
On this day we will go into the home and tackle all the changes reccommended in the staging report.
- Always believing that less is more, we will first work with what you already have to make the most of each space.
- I will bring in gorgeous accessories that will complement what you already have in the home.
- During the 4 hours, we will take photographs that will make a visual impact, showing the transformation of your beautiful home.
Home must be cleaned and prepped prior to staging day.
(Up to four hours in the home, converting to $100 hourly rate for any additonal hours)
$750 - FULL DAY DELUXE STAGING
Ideal for homes over 2,000 square fee or that need more than a few hours of work.
- We will transform your home using what you have to make a beautiful visual impact.
- I will be bring in stunning accessories that will make your home shine in photos.
- The staging day will include 7 hours and we will photograph the beautiful transformation.
Home must be cleaned and prepped prior to staging day
(Includes 7 hours in the home, with additonal hours converting to $100 hourly rate.)
